Program Start Date: October 2023

Program Duration: 6 Months

Payment Schedule

The total cost of the LifeSkills Experience Program is $2100.

Payment is to be made in two equal installments of $1050 each.

 1. First Installment: Due at the start of the program.

 2. Second Installment: Due at the start of the third month of the program.

Venue Fees | Expenses

Any additional fees related to the venue are not included in the program cost and will be split equally among participants. These fees will be billed separately and are due upon receipt.

Optional One-on-One Coaching

Personalized one-on-one coaching is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

Payment Method

Payments can be made via check, credit card, or online payment methods specified by LifeQuest Horizons.

No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the payment has been processed, except in the event that the program is canceled by LifeQuest Horizons. Scheduled session dates are listed at the end of this document. LifeQuest Horizons reserves the right to adjust schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event a participant misses a session, no refunds will be made.

Financial Hardship

If you are experiencing financial hardship and cannot meet the payment schedule, please contact LifeQuest Horizons as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.

Amendments

LifeQuest Horizons reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to all participants in writing.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By making the initial payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms and conditions.

Scheduled Session Dates

All sessions will be held on a Saturday at local metro-Atlanta locations. Locations will be announced in advance as booked.

• October: 14th and 28th
• November: 4th and 18th
• December: 2nd and 16th
• January: 6th and 20th
• February: 3rd and 17th
• March: 2nd and 16th
